The Radial Nuance Select is a flashy new monitor controller, but what else is coming this week from Radial Engineering at NAMM 2024?
The Canadian manufacturer, Radial Engineering is renowned for creating practical and innovative studio and live sound solutions with a tank-like build quality and an uncompromising sonic integrity.

Considering that Radial already has two very basic monitor controllers in the form of the Sat-2 and the Studio-Q, the Nuance Select becomes the first fully-fledged pro monitor controller and the new flagship.
Like all things Radial, the overall construction looks heavy-duty, and the control panel is simple and intuitive. The silver knobs look ready for daily use, and the function buttons remind one of a certain Dangerous Music monitor controller, which isn’t a bad thing.
The I/O provides you with two input sources and gives you the ability to flip between two sets of monitors and a subwoofer. Meanwhile, there’s an additional aux output and two headphones outputs.
At first, this might not seem like extensive connectivity. However, when the aux output is combined with a headphone distributor, you have a completely separate monitor mix for your live room or podcast studio.
Pricing and availability:
The Nuance Select will be available soon from your favourite retailer. Pricing info is unavailable, but we speculate it could fall in the $500-$700 range.
